We spend our lives building armor around our hearts, convinced that staying closed is the only way to stay safe. But that same armor eventually becomes our cage—keeping out the very love, acceptance, and abundance we crave. Right now, the collective is moving through a massive heart recalibration. Everything that isn't in alignment with your soul’s truth is being stripped away to make room for something deeper.
This 8-day self-led journey is your invitation to stop surviving and start belonging to yourself. By healing the relationship with your Inner Child—the most vital connection you will ever nourish—we begin to dissolve the walls. We don't just 'fix' the heart; we activate the Emerald Heart, a high-frequency state of being that allows you to lead from desire, find your soul community, and finally live in complete alignment with your sovereign truth.

This is your Shamanic journey to reconnect to the innocence and magic of your heart and meet your inner child...
The journey will involve opening up the Four Directions starting with the East (as we do in Embodied Shamanism - as in Celtic Shamanism)
Day 2 - Journal Invitation with your heart and inner child
Today is all about integration.
An invitation to spend time in nature to allow yourself to process and integrate.
Day 3 - Shamanic Journey - Letting Go and Forgiveness
This is a Shamanic Journey to connect to the second chamber of your heart. This is about letting go of what your heart may be holding onto.
This is a sacred process of forgiveness and feeling all the feelings.

Day 4 - Journal Invitation - to let go and forgive what's on your heart
Day 5 - Shamanic Journey - Gratitude & Joy
This journey is to connect to the third chamber of your heart. This is to connect with gratitude and what makes your heart feel joy!

- Allow yourself 25-30 minutes to receive the medicine (ideally just before bed).
- As with anything, the more you give to yourself, the more you receive. This is your sacred time to connect with your heart.
- For the shamanic journey, have a sacred place where you won't be disturbed and listen with headphones. You may also wish to light a candle or burn some sage. An eye mask can help you to journey deeper.
- Have a pen and journal for the journeying and the journalling.
- The in between integration days have journal invitations which allow you to reflect and integrate the medicine.
- If you haven't journeyed before, relax!
- Journeying is like meditation, you may visualise, feel, or just receive a knowing from your heart.
- My guidance is there to allow the journey to flow, however your journey may slightly differ to what I'm saying - allow your own magic and wisdom to unfold.
- You may receive guidance over the next few days after a journey. It might come in symbols, images or in dreams.
