Introduction
Introduction
Breathwork has changed my life in so many ways.
I qualified as a facilitator in 2021 through Make Some Breathing Space. This was a 400 hour rigorous, trauma informed and heart-led training programmes - and part of a vast community of breathwork facilitators, teachers and experts.
Since then, I've facilitated over 90 group and 1:1 breathwork sessions, and woven breathwork into all my previous online courses, and everything I teach inside The Shamanic Temple.
Excitingly, I have a small number of apprenticeship places available, starting September 2026!
This is a 1:1 opportunity, 400 hours, over 9 -12 months (it can take longer if needed) and in person or online (or a combination of both)
I mentor you through the full Breathing Space certification, while bringing my unique magic of shamanic healing, parts work, somatic work, and business coaching.
This an exclusive invitation to work with me this closely, as I don’t normally offer 1:1 work, so this is a proper apprenticeship! And you get that dedicated 1:1 support so we can go deeper on things coming up for you.

What is different about training with me?
- You get the full Breathing Space accredited curriculum (400 hours), access to a worldwide network of breathers, experts and other students.. AND
- My shamanic magic, years of expertise in shamanic healing (soul retrieval, power retrieval, extraction, parts work, inner child, ancestral work and shadow work). This means that when things come up during the apprenticship (they often do during an initiation such as this)- we can use this big toolkit to help you work through anything which may be arising for you.
- Trauma-informed and consent facilitation built in, e.g. how to hold space ethically, safely and ceremonially using shamanic practices, council guidelines
- How to clear our, transmute and clear /command space- and hold space with energetic and spiritual hygiene (fundamental for any ceremonial or other spaces)
- The apprenticship can be held online or in person (or a combination of both), meaning you can get really powerful in person support, practice touch. Give and recieve breathwork in person and online (NE England) so you can hit the ground running with your breathwork facilitation practice.
- You can start earning money which you invested in the training quite early on (providing you have the neccessary insurance and have sucessfully completed those aspects of the course).

Breathwork facilitator curriculum overview
This unit provides trainees with all of the skills and resources that they need to create and safely run a breathwork session. Content is delivered through our online learning platform and in live seminars.
This unit looks at different levels of the Breathwork journey and how it affects us. We start empirically with the physical body and the Anatomy & Physiology of the Breath. We then move to the emotional body where we look at trauma and our role as breathworkers. Finally we explore the subtle body and how breathwork integrates creativity and spirituality.
In this unit, we will cover advanced facilitation skills including voice, touch, and transmission. We will also learn how to support ourselves financially and to build a business out of breathwork.
(Book report & Graduation project)
Trainees must choose, read and then submit three reports on books from an extensive reading list. Trainees must also complete a ‘graduation project’ (which could be a website, app, podcast, dissertation, series of artwork, etc.) - which will ideally help further the trainees’ own development.
The only real way to become a breathwork facilitator is to facilitate Breathworks. It is, therefore, a graduation requirement for trainees to receive 5 one-on-one breathworks, lead 5 one-on-one breathworks and facilitate 5 group breathworks. Self-evaluation and participant feedback must be completed for these.
If we are to hold others deep in process, we have to be prepared to go on a continuing journey of self exploration and healing of our own. Unit 6 is not directly assessed, but it is expected for trainees to have a Regular practice and go on their own personal journey.

An introduction to your guide
An introduction to your teacher
I’m Dawn Love (real name!).
I am a mother, nature lover, shamanic teacher/facilitator, energy/oracle healer, breathwork facilitator, consent and somatic practitioner, and kundalini yoga teacher.
I lovingly guide people to remember their unique gifts, their soul's magic and who the fu*k they really are.
I live in North East England, love travelling, being in nature, wild swimming, dancing.
Since being little I have always been interested in spirituality, and qualified as a Reiki Healer back in 2012. However, it was never fully embodied as I struggled to switch off the mind.
My shamanic awakening (which I believe is your soul coming 'online') began as a Kundalini activation in 2018 which manifested as a mental health breakdown/spiritual emergency.
I quit my corporate job and began to piece myself back together, determined to understand what was happening to me so that I could help others. This led me to the magical practices of shamanism and breathwork...
Before this I was a functional alcoholic, full of social anxiety, imposter syndrome and a people pleaser… it's still a work in progress!
Being on the shamanic path has transformed my life and many of my clients. I feel more powerful, in touch with myself, nature and spirit.
I'm so excited to be on this journey with you...
Hey Breath seeker,
I'm Dawn, a qualified breathwork and shamanic teacher. Breathwork has changed my life (and those of my clients) in so many ways...
About me
I initially trained as a kundalini yoga teacher in 2019, however I realised that I couldn't breathe properly! During presentations or in classes, I struggled to take a breath and would end up hyperventilating and feeling disassociated from my body.
In 2019, I went through a spiritual awakening, which resulted in panic attacks and a breakdown. I realised I have never been comfortable in my own skin, and suffered from social anxiety.
Determined heal, I found myself in an online breathwork with Make Some Breathing Space (which was life changing!)
My teaching experience
I have been teaching my own unique accredited shamanic training (Embodied Shamanism) since 2022 and qualified as an 800 hour breathwork teacher in 2026 with Make Some Breathing Space.
I have interwoven breathwork in the many online and in person transformational programmes I have ran the last few years. These programmes involve me taking people through life changing initiations, ensuring they have the support they need to stay grounded, resourced and can qualify :)
I live in North East England, love travelling, being in nature, wild swimming, dancing...
I am so excited to be taking you on this amazing breathwork journey! xx

Why train with me?
With over five years of experience as a breathwork facilitator, I have cultivated a practice defined by depth and a grounded presence. Since qualifying with Make Some Noise in 2020, I have intentionally taken a "slow path" to teaching, prioritizing integration and mastery over haste.
My approach is informed by a rich tapestry of modalities: I have been convening women’s circles since 2019, am a qualified Kundalini Yoga instructor, and lead a certified online shamanic training (est. 2022). By weaving together shamanic practices, consent-focused space holding, and business coaching, I offer a container that is as practical as it is profound.
I am happy to offer this both online and/or in-person (for anyone in the North East of England).
